Broken round rail post?

Why there’s no estimate visit

Every fence company in this town will come look at your fence for free. Then they'll quote you a new fence — because a new fence is the only job that pays for the drive out.

Three posts don't pay for the drive. That's not those companies being bad at their jobs, it's arithmetic, and it's why you called three of them and nobody called you back.

So we took the drive out. You photograph the posts, we price them from the photos, and the crew shows up already knowing exactly what they're doing.

SEND US YOUR POSTS

Take a photo of each post you want replaced, plus one of the whole run.

That's all we need.

No waiting two weeks for an estimate appointment, no taking off work to

meet somebody in your yard. Ten minutes with your phone and you'll have a

real price back today.

Your name
Everything comes here — your price, your scope, and your install day
So the crew can reach you on the day if they need to
Count every post you want replaced. Best guess is fine — we’ll confirm it from your photos.
Stand back far enough to see both ends.
One per post, close enough to see the base where it meets the ground. Six marked posts means six photos.
Locked gate, dog in the yard, sprinkler heads, where to park?
If there is something else on that fence that you'd like us to take a look at — a rail, a gate, a stretch of chain link, something that needs hauled off — tell us here and send a photo of it below. We'll price it in the same email as your posts, and if you want it done we'll bring what we need on the same trip. Nothing is committed. You'll see every number before you say yes to any of it.

WHAT WE ACTUALLY DO

  • We break the old concrete footing out rather than setting the new post beside it. Setting a post next to the old footing is how cheap repair work gets done fast, and it's why that post will fail quickly.

  • We dig 2' deep and set a new round rail post in 80–100 lbs of high strength concrete. Not dry mix poured in a hole — a post set shallow

in dry mix means you pay for the same post twice.

  • Your existing rails get reattached to the new post.

  • The old post and the broken-out concrete leave with us. Nothing gets left in a pile in your yard.

  • We schedule utility located through OKIE811 before we dig. That's a 48-hour window on their end, which is why you get a specific day instead

of a promise of same-day service.

  • The morning before your job, you'll get an email with your day, your arrival window, and your crew lead's name.

What others are saying

The best, easiest fence repair i could've imagined! I called Monday, repaired on Wednesday. Done, cleaned up, and over! Quality, fast, friendly. Definitely will use again and again.

They kept me informed along the way. Workman did a great job and left the area in good shape when job was completed!

I received quotes from three well-known fence companies and Hollar Fence was the most communicative about choices, followed up in a timely manner, and quoted me for repairs that I asked for and didn't pad the costs. I was thankful for their professionalism and will use them again if needed in the future.

Ryan, Noah, and their crew did a great job with some post repairs I was needing. These guys got me an estimate and scheduled the repair within a couple of days. Will recommend their work and use them in the future!

STILL NOT SURE?

Frequently Asked Questions

You can’t really quote a fence post without seeing it.

We can, because only a few things vary: how many posts, what’s in the ground, and what’s holding the

rails. Your photos show us all three. What we can’t see from a photo is a surprise underground — and we’ve priced that risk in rather than passing it to you.

What if I don’t know how many posts are bad?

Give us your best guess, then walk the fence and photograph every one you’re unsure about. We’ll count them and tell you. If we come back with a higher number than you thought, you decide whether to do all of them or just some.

Do I really have to photograph every single post?

Yes. We price from the photos, so a post we can’t see is a post we can’t quote — and if we get out there

and find four instead of two, we have to stop and reprice it in your driveway, which is the exact thing we’re built to avoid. Ten-minute walk with your phone.

Why is the per-post price lower if I do more?

Because the post isn’t what’s expensive. Getting a truck, a crew, an auger, and a mixer to your address is, and that’s the same cost whether we set one post or eight. You’re not getting a volume discount, you’re splitting a trip..

I’ve got a lot of bad posts. Wouldn’t it be cheaper to replace the whole

fence?

Cheaper for us to sell, maybe. Not cheaper for you. Your rails are usually still sound — it’s the posts in the ground that fail — so replacing the whole thing means paying again for material you already own. Post replacement stays $215 a piece however many you’ve got, and the per-post price keeps dropping as the count goes up.

Is the price going to change once you see it?

No. What’s on this page is what you pay for the posts you sent us. If we hit rock or an oversized footing, that’s on us. The only way the number moves is if your photos show three posts and there turn out to be five — and you’ll hear that from the driveway, not on the invoice.

Are you going to try to sell me a new fence?

No. Our crew doesn’t pitch from the driveway, and this page prices one thing. If we notice other posts heading the same way, you get a written note and nothing on your bill.

What if I want something else done at the same time?

Tell us in the form and send a photo. We’ll price it in the same email as your posts and bring what we need on the same trip if you want it. It won’t change your post price, and you can say no to it.

How fast is this?

Photos in today, price back today. Install is usually the same week. We can’t do same-day because utility locates through OKIE811 take 48 hours and we won’t dig without them.

Do I have to be home?

No. We need access to the fence and somewhere to

park. Tell us about locked gates and dogs in the form.

Will the new post match?

Not for a couple of seasons. Yours have weathered

gray and the new one will be lighter until it catches up. See Straight Talk above — we’d rather you know now.

What’s the warranty?

3-Year Limited Workmanship on the posts we set and the footings we pour. It doesn’t cover the existing rails, fasteners, or fence sections we reattach, or any material we didn’t install — this work ties new posts into your existing fence, and we’re not going to warranty somebody else’s wood

What if my fence isn’t round rail?

We build and repair every kind of fence, this page just isn’t set up for it. Pick your fence type at the top and we’ll route you to the right person.
